The company focuses on creating a platform to distribute contactless services to any device equipped with a secure chip. Our vision is to enable devices such as watches, bracelets, rings, mobile phones to handle tasks like making payments, accessing public transportation, entering office buildings, or renting vehicles.
Our most successful service is Fidesmo Pay, launched together with Visa, Mastercard, banks, and a select group of manufacturers of wearable devices. As Fidesmo’s customer base grows and the scope of its activities expands, we recognize the need to strengthen our customer project management capabilities.
Role description
We are looking for a Customer Delivery Manager to lead cross-functional projects and execute delivery plans for both internal and external stakeholders.

Success for our customers encompasses every step of the journey—from start to finish. It begins with a deep understanding of our chip and device partners, coordinating with key players in the payment industry to navigate approval processes, and seamlessly onboarding customers through our support tools. The race is won with a successfully launched product in the hands of consumers.
Our customers range from large global companies such as Swatch, Mastercard, VISA to smaller niche brands like Pagopace and Tapster. Each comes with its own unique complexities and requirements that will be part of your delivery responsibilities.
Responsibilities
- Project Management: Lead and manage cross-functional projects across Sales, Product, customer integration, and customer delivery.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their main point of contact and trusted advisor.
- Onboarding & Training: Guide new clients through the onboarding process, ensuring they understand and maximize the value of our platform.
- Issue Resolution: Work closely with Customer Support and Product teams to promptly address and resolve client issues, ensuring a smooth customer experience.
- Customer Advocacy: Serve as the voice of the customer by providing actionable feedback to internal teams to enhance product features and overall functionality.
- Device & Sample Management: Oversee device/sample stock, coordinate customer deliveries when needed, and manage device registrations with major payment schemes.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyze customer usage data to identify trends, generate insights, and recommend improvements to boost client satisfaction and engagement.
Skills and previous experience
- Experience: 2–5 years of experience in project, product, or customer delivery management.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required; Swedish is desirable, and Spanish is considered a plus.
- Technical & Administrative Competence: The role combines administrative responsibilities with technical understanding; a background in technical education and/or business is preferred.
- Organizational Skills: Strong time management and planning abilities.
- Education: Academic qualifications such as MSc, BSc, MBA, or equivalent.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across departments and functions.
